2.I'VE LEFT A VOICEMAIL/EMAIL. HOW LONG BEFORE YOU GET BACK TO ME?
Your custom is important to us, so we do our best to get back to all our customer's within 24hrs.
3.HOW MANY DOGS DO YOU WALK AT ONCE?
We walk up to a maximum of 4 dogs at once. Why? Because we believe in the quality of your dogs walk & should any unforeseen difficulties arise then management & your pets safety is paramount.
4.YOU'RE WALKING MY DOG. WHO QUALIFIES FOR THE 'OFF THE LEAD' OPTION?
This will depend upon a few factors. 1. Is your dog used to being off the lead in communal parks and beaches? 2. Does your dog have good 'recall?' 3. You must sign a form to take responsibility for unforeseen possibilities.
5.YOU'RE PET SITTING. WHO QUALIFIES FOR THE 'FRESH AIR' OPTION?
If we are pet sitting your dog, then a walk on the lead may be sufficient. However, if an 'Off the Lead' option is requested then we would require FAQ No2 above. If it is your cat that we are sitting for, then a signature would be required should any unforeseen possibilities arise.
6.WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
As long as we get plenty of notice that's not a problem. Things happen! But as we are only a small business short notice & 'no-shows' can have a detrimental effect on us. Therefore we do require more than 24hrs notice. If it's less than 24hrs notice then you will be charged £5. If it's a 'no-show' then you will be charged £10.
If you cancel twice within 12 months then we will have to take a 50% deposit for all future bookings.
7.WHEN DO I MAKE PAYMENT?
We expect payment in full upon returning your dog after a walk or upon completion of our pet sitting services.
8.HOW DO I GO ABOUT MAKING PAYMENT?
You can pay be cash, cheque or bank transfer. See details below:
